（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園18日電）粽子為端午節的應景食品，但營養師表示，由於肉粽熱量可高達500到600大卡，甚至調味料的鈉含量也很驚人，建議自行調配沾醬，並搭配蔬菜湯。

中壢天晟醫院營養師劉姵君今天表示，一般傳統肉粽常有高油、高鹽、高熱量、低纖維的問題，熱量可高達500到600大卡，相當於一個市售便當，攝取過量，易有肥胖、消化不良的問題，甚至會引起高血壓、糖尿病等疾病。

除了粽子本身以外，劉姵君也呼籲要注意「沾醬」這一環，目前市售一般沾醬如甜辣醬，10克中含有200毫克鈉、醬油膏10克含有400毫克鈉、蒜蓉辣醬10克則含有500毫克鈉，每日建議鈉的攝取量不超過2400毫克，要小心不要過多的攝取，否則易引起高血壓。

營養師也建議民眾要避免過多鈉的攝取，最好自己調配醬汁，可使用天然食材，如香菜、蒜頭、新鮮辣椒、檸檬、少許醋及醬油調配而成。

在吃粽子時，可再搭配涼拌牛蒡或是蔬菜湯更佳，增加纖維攝取。1040618
